Booking & Cancellation Policies
- Cancellations: In order to avoid the penalty charge (first night’s stay including tax), cancellations must be received at least 1 day before arrival and no later than 11:00 a.m.
- No-show fee: First night’s stay including tax.
- Payment: Total amount will be paid at the hotel upon arrival
- Check-in: 15.00 (All inclusive service at Bitácora starts at 12.00 noon)
- Check-out: 12.00 noon
- Infants under 2 years (in a cot), sharing a room with 2 adults are free of charge.
- At Hotel Bitácora****, children of 2-12 years receive a reduction of 50% when sharing a room with 2 adults. (Maximum occupancy 3 adults and 1 child up to 12 years per room, or 3 adults and baby in a cot).
- At Hotel Vulcano and Arona Gran the third occupant (older than 2 years) receives 30% discount. (Maximum occupancy 3 Occupants/room or 2 Occupants and a baby in a cot)
