For its most loyal clients the Spring Hoteles Group has issued a special card, which identifies them as members of the Spring Club and preferred customer in all its establishments.
Card holders are offered various advantages and services during their stay in any of the establishments of the Spring Hoteles Group:
1. As a Cardholder, while staying in one of our Hotels, you are entitled to use the services of any of the others. If you wish, you can one day have your meal at another Hotel of our Group. Please get the corresponding voucher from Reception on the previous day. Limited availability. Kindly check conditions at the Reception.
2. Holders of this card will be given a discount up to 25% when shopping at certain Tenerife establishments.
3. A 15% discount will be applied to all the invoices for drinks in the Bars of our Hotels, or for extra meals (except for bookings and all inclusive). Application not required for all occupants. One card per room is sufficient.
4. On the day of departure, card holders can stay in their rooms beyond the normal check-out time free of charge (subject to availability).
5. The card is totally free of charge, has no expiry date and does not need to be renewed
6. Free WiFi throughout the hotel. (Currently at our Spring Arona Gran Hotel and Spring Hotel Bitácora)
